20170806-2057. Yup, that’s twelve freaking pounds from my BIG bowling ball head of pain in the neck and shoulders! Mom has a hump on the upper back, though she has NEVER used a cellphone. I better be conscience and watch out for pinched nerves, which I’m feeling, due to degenerative discs! Evil smartphones!

  1. Yeah, my neck has been giving me fits. I have the one with the pinched nerves called Cervical radiculopathy. And when it bumps those words, I’m screaming and saying every bad word that I can think of. What is happening to mine is that the facet joints get stuck open. When Robert is helping and is able to close those facets, and then doing the ABC adjusting int he area A to P, then it stops. Just like that.

    The thing is I don’t have a smart phone, nor am I looking down at things. Even my computer screen is up higher than normal, so that I’m looking straight ahead and I still have the problem.

    And I know one bad habit during sleep is that I tend to stretch when I’m half awake and end up slightly whiplashing my neck, just by stretching. It snaps, causing those facets to open again. It shouldn’t, but it does. I have got to get the monies to just go ahead and have the PRP stem cells and prolotherapy and strengthen those ligaments and joints. The capsular ligaments suck too.

    The missing teeth in the bottom back is my problem. I need a miracle and just regrow ALL teeth. This gif shows the bio-mechanics of what is happening to me.

    Thankfully, that hump he describes is very mild on me, due to all the ABC, massage, closing of facet joints every time they open, ROLFing and now Fascia blasting the area.
